If you have not heard of Shooby Taylor your in for a treat. He calls himself the “human horn.” His form is an off beat scat of made up words and sounds. You have got to check out his web site at www.Shooby.com.
This is the worst version of the National Anthem that I’ve ever heard. Track star Carl Lewis screws this one up at a Chicago Bulls game awhile back. Too funny, Click to download The Star Mangled Banner.
After all the E3 coverage of the next-gen system, the game I’m looking forward the most looks like it belongs on the Psone. Namco X Capcom combines the old to new school characters from both franchises. Mega Man vs. King, Dig Dug vs. Ryu, almost everyone from all Namco & Capcom games! The art style looks to be in a humorous anime form. The kicker is that its not the two-on-two fighting of past capcom crossovers. It’s all in Final Fantasy Tactics/ Front Mission type strategy RPG. It is funny that I am the most excited about a 2D game then the PS3. Hopefully NXC will be released in the USA soon. Check out the WMP Trailer 1 and Trailer 2.
Ever since this song came out I’ve been rocking Adidas. From 1986 as a little kid trying to breakdance to a soccer freek since 1997. Run DMC was the first rap group to use endorsements.
walk through concert doors
and roam all over coliseum floors
I stepped on stage, at Live Aid
All the people gave an applause that paid
And out of speakers I did speak
I wore my sneakers but I’m not a sneak
My Adidas cuts the sand of a foreign land
with mic in hand I cold took command
my Adidas and me close as can be
we make a good team my Adidas and me
we get around together, rhyme forever
and we won’t be mad when worn in bad weather
standin on 2 Fifth St.
funky fresh and yes cold on my feet
with no shoe string in em, I did not win em
I bought em off the Ave with the tags still in em
I like to sport em that’s why I bought em
a sucker tried to steal em so I caught em and I thwart em
and I walk down the street and I bop to the beat
with Lee on my legs and Adidas on my feet
and now I just standin here shooting the gif
me and D and my Adidas standing on 2 Fifth
me and my Adidas do the illest things
we like to stomp out pimps with diamond rings
we slay all suckers who perpetrate
and lay down law from state to state
we travel on gravel, drit road or street
I wear my Adidas when I rock the beat
on stage front page every show I go
it’s Adidas on my feet high top or low
Now the Adidas I possess for one man is rare
myself homeboy got 50 pair
got blue and black cause I like to chill
and yellow and green when it’s time to get ill
got a pair that I wear when I’m playin ball
with the heal inside make me 10 feet tall
my Adidas only bring good news
and they are not used as selling shoes
they’re black and white, white with black stripe
the ones I like to wear when I rock the mic
on the strength of our famous university
we took the beat from the street and put it on TV
my Adidas are seen on the movie screen
Hollywood knows we’re good if you know what I mean
we started in the alley, now we chill in Cali
and I won’t trade my Adidas for no beat up Bally’s
I just read a movie review for Episode 3 that talked about cheese. Most of it had nothing to do with the movie it was reviewing. Everything in it was related to something that was totally irrelevant to the contrast of the movie. Useless reviews pop up when writers want to show off there writing skills rather then report the task at hand. If it was good say, “good,” if it was bad say, “bad.” Do not say, “The acting was like a ham on cheese, while the directing was like the 14 floor of Trump tower.” What great metaphors he used, too bad I have to look at the little stars to understand what he was trying to convey.
One of the best unknown gangster rap groups,The O.Double G’s. Busting out in 1994, these guys not only talked about the hard times living LA at that time, but they also rapped about a positive image. Their skillz are right up there with any member of the Dogg Pound. They are still making CD’s but I could not find a website to link to. If you want to hear some new good old gansta rap with out all the commercialization of todays rap check these guys out.
Was it worth the wait? Yes. This movie defiantly has a much darker tone then its predecessors. The start is a little slow with mild humor, but it then takes a 180. From light saber battles to double crossing, this movie delivers. I wish they had more substance in the space fighting scene. Although the script is in the same Lucas flare, the acting is a step up from the other two movies. Some of the random voices were a little annoying but nothing major. Watching Mace Windu in action was one of the highlights. Also Yoda is back with all new cool moves. If you are a Star Wars fan you should not be disappointed, unless you hate the world and all that’s on it. But if your not a Star Wars fan, there is still good action to enjoy. Some of the scenes seemed rushed and the important scenes were too short. I could tell that Lucas cut quite a bit from this one. Over all, it brought an instant smile to my face to see Darth Vader in full suit. It will do the same to you if you grew up with the classic movies.4.5
Start saving up now. PS3 is comming out in 2006 and is ready to blow away the competition. It will use a new blu-ray disk that can hold 6x more data then a DVD. With its 1080p my HD TV can be put to good use. It has backwards compatibility to the old PS 0ne and PS2 games. It will also have up to 7 controllers slots! The font on the top of the PS3 looks like the same font used in the the Spiderman movies. Anyways, one word…SHWEETA! Thanks to www.ign.com for the info.
